E3506 Furnace Construction

We built a cracking system for fluorinated oil, managing every phase of the project from initial development through to the complete installation and commissioning of the plant.

Over 40 years of industry experience proved to be the key to securing this project.

The end customer is a chemical plant with whom we’ve had an undisputed partnership for over 30 years. Together, we’ve developed numerous custom-made projects and spare parts, all manufactured in-house in our workshop.

In this specific project, the goal was to upgrade the furnace from 30 kW to 100 kW while keeping the external mechanical dimensions unchanged. The client's challenge was to increase process productivity without modifying the furnace’s size.

Thanks to our technical team and deep expertise, we started by designing the heating elements, selecting the most suitable alloy for their construction, and then built the structural framework around them.

Given the critical nature of the internal process, the welding of the tube bundle required certified X-ray inspection. The control and monitoring system also needed multiple temperature detection points, which we implemented using custom-built temperature probes produced in our in-house manufacturing department. Process analysis, design, project supervision, in-house production of critical components, installation, and commissioning—all of these steps represent the full spectrum of our capabilities brought together to serve our client.
