Office Team VS Production Team: A Mit.D. Challenge

On September 19th, we hosted a special event at our company: an evening of team building filled with friendly competition, fun, and team spirit.The stars of the night? The Office Team and the Production Team, ready to challenge themselves outside their daily work environment.

The two Mit.D. teams went head-to-head in a series of games that tested logic, communication, and a healthy dose of competitiveness.Energy and engagement were in full swing, proving once again how collaboration and teamwork are core values—both in and out of the office.

The positive energy throughout the day was contagious. From the laughter that started with the playful ride on the “squolabus,” to unexpected surprises and moments of genuine connection, one thing was clear: at Mit.D., we don't just work together—we build real bonds.Sharing the workday with colleagues becomes a true pleasure. That’s what it really means to work at Mit.D.

And the winner? The Production Team took home the very first Mit.D. trophy!
