PT100 Temperature Sensor, 1/3 DIN Accuracy Class, with Signal Converter, Mounting Flange and Finned Tip

Today we would like to introduce a specific probe manufactured by Mit.D.

The PT100 temperature sensor with 1/3 DIN accuracy class represents a high-precision solution for thermal monitoring in industrial applications where stable and reliable temperature measurement is required. Thanks to its high accuracy, this type of sensor is particularly suitable for critical processes in the energy, chemical, food, and industrial machinery sectors.

This probe is equipped with an integrated signal converter, which transforms the value detected by the PT100 sensor into a standard industrial 4–20 mA signal. This solution ensures more reliable signal transmission and easy integration with PLCs, control systems, and data acquisition systems.

The mounting flange allows secure installation on pipelines, tanks, or process chambers, ensuring mechanical stability and the correct positioning of the sensor at the measurement point.

The finned tip increases the heat exchange surface between the sensor and the fluid, improving response time and sensitivity to temperature variations. This configuration is particularly suitable for applications involving moving air or gases, where it is important to detect thermal changes quickly.
